Shipping and Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Times

Once product is ordered and paid for, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days for production and packaging. After production and packaging, the order is shipped out using either Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL, YRC Freight, or (if a freight shipment), another freight carrier. Ground shipping can take 3 to 10 business days, depending upon destination. International air shipping can take between 3 to 18 days, depending upon method chosen and destination. Ocean shipping takes approximately 6-7 weeks.

All shipments originate from the United States.

While we will endeavor to have products delivered as soon as possible, Syneffex, Inc. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities, supply chain issues that hold up production, or other unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather.

Delivery

Delivery of all orders will be to the designated shipping address of the buyer as per the order receipt or invoice.

Tracking details are provided by email as soon as the order is scheduled for pick up by the carrier.

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability.

Orders shipped by UPS or Fedex ground are shipped without signature required.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based upon the carrier rates and are quoted based upon the size and weight of your shipment and the delivery address. Shipping is quoted prior to checkout in our online cart and provided on quotes and pro-forma invoices for larger or international orders.

If you wish to ship with your own carrier, you must pay them directly and you must make all arrangements with them for the pick up. We will not enter into a financial transaction with any shipper that is not know to us.

International Shipments’ custom duties and taxes and other accessorial fees pertaining to the country of destination are not included in the shipping fee stated on the receipt or invoice.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
