Nansulate™ Translucent PT is a clear, nanotechnology-based insulation and corrosion prevention coating that is designed for metal substrates, which allows visual inspections of your surface and does not take up excess space. It bonds with the surface of the metal to prevent corrosion and CUI. It will provide you with long-term performance and durability resulting in lower maintenance costs, a longer asset life and reduced heating and cooling costs for metal buildings. This industrial coating is used for pipe insulation, tank insulation, metal building insulation, chilled pipes, coatings for steel buildings, and more. Specifications

Indoor and outdoor use. Direct-to-Metal coating for surfaces up to 256F (125C). Easily insulate metal buildings with a coating that will also keep them from rusting and is non-flammable, so it won’t spread flames like other types of insulations do. Just a 3 to 6 coat coverage, depending upon your environment, is all you need for effective insulation and energy savings for 5 to 10 years or more.
