Often it’s difficult to insulate their processes without worrying about either contamination from a fibrous insulation or moisture collection causing mold growth on surfaces. Both hot and cold processes need to be insulated effectively and cleanly.
We have two main solutions that we provide to help breweries and distilleries insulate to save energy, reduce carbon emissions and more. Our Nansulate™ EPX-H2O is our more rugged product, chemical resistant and meant for equipment like boilers that do not need to be washed down regularly. For equipment that received a regular wash down, our Nansulate™ High Heat coating is also easily applied and has an easy to wash smooth finish.
