Visualize Your Insulation Project with Syneffex | Thermal Insulating Paint Videos

Just how much is EPX-H2O going to reduce our steam pipe temperature? What does “hydrophobic” look like? How soon can my employees touch our steam vessel and not get burned?

Those are just few of the questions from customers considering Syneffex™ thermal insulation coatings for their projects and questions that our library of thermal insulating paint videos answer and explain.

The old adage, “Seeing is believing,” is definitely true in the internet age. By 2022, videos will make up more than 82% of all consumer traffic online.

72% of people say they’d rather learn about about a product or service by video than any other way. That’s not surprising because a person retains 95% of a message watched in video as compared to 10% when reading it in text.

Answers You Can Find in Syneffex Thermal Insulating Paint Videos

There are plenty of questions you can have answered by viewing Syneffex™ videos. Here are a few of them, along with links for where to watch.

Temperature Reduction: This Flir thermal imaging video of a steam pipe that has a portion coated with Nansulate™ EPX-H2O shows you exactly what type of insulating performance you can expect with our coating. The uncoated section of the pipe is 138C (280.4F). The EPX-H2O coated surface drops to approximately 50C (122F) with just 6-coats (thickness of only 1.5 mm). Watch Video:

What Hydrophobic Looks Like: Hydrophobic, meaning water repellent, is a popular property of our coating and it also is the same property that gives our coating anti-icing capabilities. You can see an example of water rolling right off the Syneffex coated surface in this video. Watch Video:

How Fast After Application is a Hot Surface Safe to Touch?: This video of a field demonstration of EPX-H2O is on a steam pipe that is 353F, and after just 2 hours of cure time, the insulated area is able to be touched by our technician. Watch Video:
